But Jonathan Crawford misses out with a knee injury and Terry Masson has joined Brechin Vics to obtain match fitness.
Whitehill Welfare boss Paul Cavanagh has a full-strength squad available for the Scottish Cup third-round tie at Links Park.
Montrose player/manager Steven Tweed: "We will need to perform well in this game to progress as Whitehill are coming here on the crest of a wave.
"They are doing well in their league, defeating Stirling University 2-0 last weekend and they will have a squad full of players determined to do well against a Scottish Football League side."
Whitehill Welfare manager Paul Cavanagh: "It is no surprise that everyone in all departments is declaring themselves to be fit for a game as big as this.
"We are immensely looking forward to it and are heading to Montrose with a bit of momentum behind us after a good run in the league.
"I have seen Montrose play, but it was only the one game, so it has been difficult to formulate a plan to match them but our aim is to go up there and do ourselves justice."
