Montrose hang on to league statusTwo late goals from Montrose rescued their League Two status as they beat 10-man Brora 3-1 in the Pyramid play-off final second leg.The hosts appeared to be heading out at 1-1, having conceded a first-leg deficit, but goals from Marvin Andrews and Garry Wood meant Brora were denied a place in the Scottish League for the first time in their history. The Gable Endies took the lead after 10 minutes through Scott Johnstone, as he produced a precise finish from inside the area to find the bottom corner, but they could have been two up when Wood fired over.Colin Maclean pulled the scores level shortly after the break but the visitors were dealt a huge blow as Steven Mackay was sent off just two minutes later for a second yellow card. That was the turning point as Andrews grabbed the second goal to put the aggregate score level, before Wood added a winner a minute later
